A sensory journey introducing you to the Valpolicella wines from the Marcellise valley, which have a style all of their own.

We start with the basic Valpolicella, a fresh, fruity, drinkable wine that’s perfect for enjoying in company. Then we move on to the Valpolicella Superiore, a more structured and elegant wine that reveals surprising levels of complexity. Last but certainly not least is the Ripasso, made by re-fermenting the Valpolicella on the grape skins used for the Amarone, an intense an persistent wine.

This guided tasting will help you recognise the different nuances of these three classic Veronese wines.
